• 𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐃-𝐂𝐑𝐀𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐁𝐘 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐈𝐒𝐀𝐍𝐒 – This Modak Patra is made by artisans of the Copper Metalcraft (Tambat) from Pune, Maharashtra. The legacy of the Tambat Craftspeople who handcraft Copper products dates to the 17th century. ‘Matharkaam’ or beaten work is the distinguishing feature of Tambat craft.
• 𝐒𝐀𝐅𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐔𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐋 – This modak steamer with lid is made from Copper with hand kalai (food grade tinning) inside.
• 𝐒𝐔𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐎𝐎𝐃 – The modak maker can be used for the steaming assorted delicacies including momos, khandvi and modaks in your kitchen.
• 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 – This steamer is a remake of a traditional product. It retains the rustic charm common in handcrafted pieces.
• 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄 – The copper vessel should not be stored in fridge. Copper darkens naturally over a period of timeand and requires cleaning from time to time. This happens naturally, due to the oxidation process. It is recommended to use Copper vessel only for plain water and no citrus drinks or juices to be added.
